What we do
We build on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform, from the first workshop to code in production.
Dynamics 365 CE development
Plug-ins, custom APIs, client scripts and integrations that make Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement fit the way your team sells and serves.
Out of the box, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (formerly Dynamics CRM) covers a lot. The value usually sits in the gap between the standard product and how your business actually works. We close that gap with code that is tested, versioned and easy to hand over.
- Server-side logic: plug-ins, custom APIs and workflow activities in C#.
- Client-side logic: form scripts and web resources in TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Data model: tables, relationships and business rules designed so the data stays clean, with duplicate detection and validation where it matters.
- Integrations: connecting Dataverse to ERP, web shops and internal systems through APIs and Azure services.
We work in both Dynamics 365 online and on-premises environments.
Power Platform
Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse solutions that replace spreadsheets and manual steps, designed with licensing in mind from day one.
The Power Platform lets you build business apps and automations quickly, but quick can turn into fragile without a plan. We combine low-code where it fits with custom code where it is needed.
- Model-driven and canvas apps on Dataverse, built around your processes.
- Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications and system-to-system work.
- Custom connectors and PCF components when the standard building blocks are not enough.
- Licensing review before you build, so the solution does not surprise you on the invoice.
DevOps and ALM
Source control, build pipelines and automated deployments for Dataverse solutions, so releases are repeatable instead of manual.
Moving solutions between environments by hand is slow and error-prone. We set up Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with Azure DevOps, so every change is tracked and every deployment works the same way.
- Source control for solutions, plug-ins, web resources and reference data.
- Build and release pipelines that export, pack, test and deploy Dataverse solutions.
- Reference data in pipelines with Shuffle, so configuration data moves with the code.
- Healthy solution structure for ISVs and teams with many environments.
Web and mobile
Fast, accessible websites and web apps, including customer portals on Power Pages that talk to the same data as your CRM.
Your customers meet you on the web first. We build websites and web apps that load fast, work on every screen size and meet accessibility standards.
- Power Pages portals for customers and partners, connected to Dataverse.
- Web apps and websites built with modern frameworks and static hosting.
- Mobile-friendly by default: every page is designed for phones as well as desktops.
Data migration, upgrades and integration
Moving data between environments, upgrading from on-premises to online, and keeping systems in sync without losing a record.
Migrations and upgrades fail on the details: lookups that point nowhere, records that silently go missing, option values that differ between environments. We contribute to Shuffle, the open-source tool many Dynamics 365 teams use to move Dataverse data, and maintain its Azure DevOps build tasks, so this is work we know from the inside.
- Data migration between environments and from legacy systems, with repeatable definitions instead of one-off scripts.
- Upgrades from Dynamics CRM on-premises to Dynamics 365 online, including code and customisations.
- Integration between Dataverse and other systems, with logging so failures are visible.
- Ongoing support after go-live, to keep the solution healthy as the platform changes.
AI, code and automation
Practical automation and AI features that remove repetitive work, built with code where low-code is not enough.
Most repetitive work can be automated. Some of it benefits from AI, such as classifying incoming requests or extracting data from documents. We look at the process first and pick the simplest tool that does the job.
- Process automation with Power Automate, plug-ins and Azure Functions.
- AI features in business apps, such as classification, summarisation and document extraction.
- Developer tooling that speeds up your own team’s work, like the XrmToolBox tools we build.
How a project runs
-
Discovery
We listen first: your goals, your users and what is in the way. You get a proposal with scope, budget and timeline.
-
Plan
We agree on an actionable plan and regular check-ins, so you always know where the project stands.
-
Build and support
We build, test and deploy through a repeatable pipeline, then stay around to support and improve the solution.
