This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the site or contact us, why, and what rights you have. It applies to biznamics.com in English and Swedish.
Information collection and use
We only collect personal data that you give us, or that is needed to run the site:
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), subject and message. We use this to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to a project, to follow it up.
- Email: if you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
We do not ask for a phone number or postal address, we do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis: we handle contact requests based on our legitimate interest in answering questions about our services (GDPR article 6.1 f). If you become a customer, the basis is the contract with you (article 6.1 b).
How long we keep it: we keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle the conversation, and delete them no later than 24 months after our last contact unless they become part of a customer relationship.
Log data
When you visit the site, our hosting provider receives the technical information every browser sends, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse. We do not combine it with other data to identify you.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies.
- Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not create a profile of you and does not track you across sites. Even so, the analytics script only loads if you choose Accept analytics in the banner. If you decline, nothing is loaded.
- Your choice: your answer to the banner is stored in your browser’s local storage (key
bz-consent) so that we do not ask again on every page. It is not a cookie and is never sent to us. - Spam protection: the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It runs only on pages with the contact form and is needed to send the form. Turnstile does not use cookies for tracking.
- Map: the map on the contact pages loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
Service providers
We use these providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else:

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email info@biznamics.com and we will reply within one month.
If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).
Security
We protect personal data with reasonable technical and organisational measures. The site is served over HTTPS only, and the contact form is checked for spam before anything is sent. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as GitHub and Microsoft. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies.
Children’s privacy
Our services are not aimed at anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Changes take effect when they are published here.
